The Charlotte Nativity Festival is an annual event, hosted by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 5815 Carmel Rd. The dates of the Festival are Friday December 1st – Saturday, December 2nd from 5:30pm – 8:30pm. This year, visitors will “Journey to the Stable” as they walk through exhibits depicting the events that led to the birth of the Jesus through words, artwork, and live renderings. Nativity sets from around the world will be on display throughout the building, and Christmas music will be performed by several school, church, and community groups in the cultural hall.  Another feature of the Festival is the Family Activity Room. Children will have the opportunity to help assemble gift bags for a local womens’ shelter, make their own Christmas ornament, and dress up as characters in the nativity scene.  Mom and Dad can dress up too and pose for a family photo.  This is a free, family-friendly community event.
